3) Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees; carrier delays can happen.
Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier.
Undeliverable or refused shipments may incur additional fees.
4) 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Returns & Refunds)
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 calendar days of delivery.
How to request:

We’ll provide instructions and the return address (if a return is required).
Unless the item is defective/damaged, return shipping is your responsibility.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return (please allow 5–10 business days after receipt).
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error or the product was defective/damaged on arrival.
Damaged/defective items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if returns are materially used beyond normal evaluation, missing components, or outside the 30-day window.
